What is your return policy?
Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final. For embroidered items, we can’t accept returns for sizing, color, or design preferences, but if your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
For digital embroidery files and custom digitizing services, refunds aren’t available since these are non-returnable products, but we’re happy to help with troubleshooting or small adjustments if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout. For embroidery digitizing services, payment is required in full before work begins.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
All of our embroidered items are made to order, which means production begins quickly after you purchase. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel or change your order once it’s in progress. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to catch it before stitching begins.
For custom digitizing services, once we’ve started work on your design, cancellations or refunds are not available.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding and plan to offer international shipping in the future—so stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
For custom embroidered items, please allow 2–4 weeks for production and shipping. Each item is made to order with care, so timing can vary slightly depending on order volume.
For digital embroidery files or custom digitizing services, delivery is typically within a few days via email, so no shipping is required.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your physical order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
For digital embroidery files or custom digitizing services, delivery is by email, so no tracking is needed.
How do I find my size?
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page—please measure yourself carefully (chest, waist, sleeve length for tops) and compare your measurements to the chart to ensure the best fit.
