Glitch to Stitch — Shipping Policy

All Glitch to Stitch items are made-to-order just for you. This allows us to create high-quality, custom-embroidered pieces, but it also means shipping takes a little longer than typical retail items.


1. Production & Processing Time

  • Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to produce after you approve your design or mockup. We carefully create each piece to ensure quality and attention to detail.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We use a variety of carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Please allow for 2–4 weeks production time plus 3–7 business days shipping after your order has been shipped.

  • Please allow extra time for holiday seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen delays.


4. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Orders

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will help you track your order.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days at:

    Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. Shipping Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Glitch to Stitch is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
