All Glitch to Stitch items are made-to-order just for you. This allows us to create high-quality, custom-embroidered pieces, but it also means shipping takes a little longer than typical retail items.
1. Production & Processing Time

Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks to produce after you approve your design or mockup. We carefully create each piece to ensure quality and attention to detail.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We use a variety of carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Please allow for 2–4 weeks production time plus 3–7 business days shipping after your order has been shipped.

Please allow extra time for holiday seasons, high order volumes, or unforeseen delays.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Orders

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will help you track your order.
