Welcome to Glitch to Stitch! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Purchasing Products
- All orders are subject to product availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
- Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Custom Orders
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Once mockups, previews, or stitch approvals are confirmed by you, production cannot be changed or canceled.
- Typical production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on order size.
- It is your responsibility to review mockups carefully and respond promptly to communication.
3. Ready-Made Products
For non-custom, ready-made items (sweatshirts, caps, totes, etc.):
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Refunds are not guaranteed until the item is inspected and approved.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Items
- Only ready-made items are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks may take 3–7 business days to process.
Non-Eligible Items
- Custom items
- Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without contacting us first
- Sale or clearance items (optional — remove if you allow returns)
How to Start a Return

Include:
- Order number
- Item you want to return
- Reason for the request
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to ship orders on time, but delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or supply delays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.
- Glitch to Stitch is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
- You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, artwork, images, listings, and text on this site are the property of Glitch to Stitch.
You may not copy, resell, digitize, alter, or reproduce any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Glitch to Stitch is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Allergic reactions to materials
- Damage caused by improper care or misuse
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site means you accept any updated terms.
